Catering Office Hours
Our catering staff is available to assist you 11:00am – 7:00pm (11:00am - 5:00pm in Nov & Dec) daily. If we do not answer, or if you are calling outside of these hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Orders are not confirmed until you hear from someone in our catering department. Please note, all changes for next day orders must be submitted at least three hours prior to the event.
How and When to Place an Order
Orders can be placed by phone or email. An online order form is available for your convenience. We will call or email to confirm email orders. To place an order by phone, call 203-861-6400. We recommend placing your catering orders at least three hours in advance. The more notice you can give us the better, but we will do our best to accommodate your last-minute needs.
We do not deliver at this time but we can arrange for curbside pick-up for orders that are paid in advance. Just call upon arrival and we will take out the order. Curbside pick-up is not available for orders that are not pre-paid.
Our food is prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients and comes on disposable servingware, with the appropriate serving utensils. We can also provide plates and eating utensils based on the amount of people you are serving.
Seasonality and Pricing
Our menu changes seasonally based on availability of fresh produce. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations must be made at least two hours in advance. The more notice, the better. No refunds will be given for orders that are cancelled less than two hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
